1991 Ford Probe working motor turned it off now it wont sta

I have a 1991 ford probe gt turbo now the car was running then we shut it off then the car wont start again ive replaced the EGR valve and the valve cover and a the gasket and now im replacing the spark plugs and wires but the car wont start I also replaced the oil and oil filter. What do you suggest is the problem please please anything can help im also gunna do the timing and get new belts for it but I really hope you guys might know the answer thanx for reading have yourselfs a great day thanx!

Do below to determine if its fuel or spark problem.

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, ECM, Ignitor cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
