1989 Ford Probe the vehical shakes in gear

The car runs great for how old it is. Starts up every time with no problem. Idles in park and neutral just like normal. When I put it in gear it shakes, alot. Untill I give it gas, I know I cant adjust the throttle. So it says on the hood. Just when im stopped it rattles could this be a motor mount? Or what do you think?

Something with trans I for got what its calld but when stoped at a light in gear it makes a auto trans go like in nutrale but when it dont work car shakes becuse it is trying to go you could pay to fix I recomend a new trans it will be cheper
