Engine Performance problem
1989 Ford Probe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I HAVE A 1984 FORD PROBE, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH KEEPING OIL IN IT. I CHANGE MY OIL WHEN I FIRST GOT IT BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW IF THE PERSON HAD IT BEFORE EVER DID. I PUT OIL IN AND WHEN I DRIVE IT MY OIL PESSURE LIGHT IS LOW. I CHECK MY OIL STICK AND I DON'T HAVE ANY THING SHOW ON THE STICK. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS, CAN YOU HELP ME!

Is there any smoke out the exhaust?
Check your spark plugs to see if they have any oil on them.
Is there any visible sign of leak on engine or under car?
Valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, main crank seals and other seals/gaskets can crack overtime and cause oil to leak. If it is leaking on the engine, see what it is closest to. If you see no leak, rev your engine up a bit and see if smoke appears out the exhaust.
