[i:6328b53090]1985 Mercury Grand Marquis/ Mileage: 68,000. My car has been running hot for the past week and a half. I know that I shouldn't keep driving it because my heads will blow. I have changed my radiator hose because I noticed it had busted. I had someone check out my radiator and there's no leaks or cracks in it. So I'm left to believe that my thermostat needs to be replaced. Where is it? What does it look like? And how do I replace it?[/I:6328b53090]

Follow the top radiator hose to where it connects to the engine.
Thermostat is under the dome shaped connection.
Be sure when installing the new one that the spring on the thermostat is facing engine side not the hose side
Good luck
