Okay, so I am a girl and DO NOT know much about cars. Except of course how to drive one! Ha ha! I was sitting in my house when the alarm went off for no apparent reason. I went and immediately turned it off by the keyless remote. Then I walked outside and my neighbor came out as well and said I was wondering why it went off. We live in a fairly affluent neighborhood so it couldn't have been a break in in broad daylight. I brushed it off but then it just happened again. Any idea as to why this could be happening? Faulty wiring? Should this cost a lot to repair? Can it be disabled and just use the normal door locks? HELP ME PLEASE!

Thanks! ? Cornnnnnnfused in Cincy!

It could be that some device nereby my be triggiring the alarm or that the battery is low in your transmitter try parking the veh. In an different location (by the street or curb) and have the battery replaced in the transmitter (keyless remote)after replacing the batt. In the remote you may need to have it reprogramed if so email me and i'll see if it can be done manually
