I own a 2004 Grand Marquis with 55k miles. A year ago I hit curbing during a snow storm forcing replacement of the right front end control arm and various parts.
my steering still feels great, the brakes work great.

My problem is when I hit a bump, or turn my wheels to the left I get a creak and squeel sound. As a friend calls it the ford loose change sound. The noise definalty comes from the passenger side front tire. When I push the car up and down rapidly and heavily or try moving the tire around when parked or stopped it doesnt make any noise.

any ideas would be greatly apreciated and thanks for your help in advance.

It sounds like the steering stops need a spot of grease. If you look under the car youll see a small knob and a concaved spot across from it, when you turn all the way to the stop, it will make noise if all the grease is gone.
