Clutch Pedal

2000 Mustang 3.8 V6
Clutch pedal is on the floor and will not come back up. After running at 3000 rpm for 30 minutes it will finally come back up. It can be shifted if the clutch is barely depressed. Extremely hard to drive this way.

I believe you have a hydrolic clutch, check the fluid level, also check the cluch slave cylinder to see if it is leaking and working properly.
