1995 Ford Mustang turns over and over wont start

Ok, this one has me confussed hopeing you can help. My mustang will turn over and over wont start, has no fuel problem checked thought that. But when I disconnect the battery for just 1 second and reconnect the battery it will start and runs great. Then when I turn it off and try to start it again it will not start till I disconnect tha battery again and reconnect it. Any sugestions?

If you have the key with a transponder in it, the security system may be at fault, and by removing the cable, it resets. Go to Ford and have the system reprogrammed, will be one hour labor.
