1993 Ford Mustang 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

all my lights work wipers work only the signals and cruise control and horn does not work this car has had the steering wheel column and fuse box changed to eliminate the problems but that didnt work where can I find the problem

Did these problems all initiate at the same time? If not then we will need to troubleshoot each individual component. If so then it is most likely wiring and I will provide you with diagrams to assist with inspecting correct wires. Just let me know if was at same time or diff. Times.
