85 Ford LTD 6Cyl Harmonic Balance

My car started rattling real bad. I pulled over and noticed that the harmonic balancer was spinning and had lost the inner rubber sleeve. I started to drive it to the shop and the car started sputtering and died. Now it will not start.

What could it be?

I had an 93 bonnivile and the harmonic ballencer went out in that and spuddered and died a its an easy fix u have to take the belt off and take that main nut that hold the balancer on and some of them u do need a puller for it so. There ya go have fun
