My Car runs hot only when I drive on the Highway. When Im doing normal local street driving it never over heats. I opened the hood and I noticed that there are 2 cooling fans, but only one of them are spioning. Is the other supposed to spin or is it for a certain temperture. I tested the wire and theres power going to it.

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

With this type of over heating problem it can often be traced to a radiator problem, the second fan should com on with the A/C, I would be having the radiator cleaned first, start here.
