My front passenger seat belt retracted properly but not fails to pull back out for the passenger to be able to fasten up. The belt does not seem to be twisted; it just has no give and fails to pull back out. ?

Hi there,

Seat belts are not repairable, if the locking mechanisms has failed and it will not retract, you should have it replaced with a new belt assemble, never use a second hand unit as you do not know its history and if it has been over stressed in a previous accident.
