2001 Ford Focus 2001 Ford Focus shakes and misfires

2 days ago I took my car to advanced and got the codes read when my engine was misfiring the codes came back with the ignition coil was bad and cylinder 2 and 3 were misfiring. I changed the coil pack and all of the spark plugs and wires. Went back to advanced today and had the codes erased to see if that would help. The check engine light came back on and it is still misfiring and its shaking really bad. Its extremely sluggish in all gears! I honestly do not know what to do from here

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following-inspect and test all the following below:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
