Engine Mechanical problem

hi my ford fiesta s1 16v has done 136k
i have a problem that the cars oil light comes on a lot & im putting oil in at least once a week. also when pulling away at traffic lights for instance sometimes there is a light grey smoke coming from the exshaust or when the car is revved or driving up hills!!!!!!
also there is a rattling noise which sounds like its coming from underneath.....
also.!!! the car tends to cut out or shudder when slowing down to a stop so i have to turn the key to get it moving again which is getting quite dangerous.HELP.
