Electric door locks

I have a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty crew cab (4 door), 64,000 miles, auto with 7.3 lt Diesel. The driver's door became hard to unlock with button on door and key fob. I sometimes will not open with key in door lock. I took door apart, checked linkage, lubed and reassembled. It still is dificult most times. Now the other 3 doors are behaving the same. Most times, I'm unable to get them to unlock with key fob or door switch. They will work manually. All attempt to work with switch and keyfob, just not enough. Is this a problem with all of the doors or an electrical/ground problem with the control?

From what you explained your problem sounds the all four door lock actuators are going bad, I know what your thinking all four at once, but from the keyfob you can either open ione or all doors same from the switch inside and the actuators are small and do alot of work, the good news is youve seen one and the rapir is pretty basic, if you decide to do it your self pull one door panel at a time use the keyfob and watch how they move when they are failing, the arm wont move all of the way out, good luck
