Engine Cooling problem
2004 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

the truck has a diesel engine using coolant. runs fine, no water in oil.

would this be caused by a head gasket problem and if so what would be the average cost to repair this problem?

thank you

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

Before getting into costs of expensive repairs, lest do a bit of diagnosis first, go get a cooling system pressure test done tis will locate any external coolant leaks, also have the pressure cap tested, start here.
