i have a diesel truck it stop moving due to the gas pedal won't give it fuel it just idle

APS (Accelerator Position sensor) aka TPS is known to go bad on these especially with your mileage. I'd definitely try replacing first. Can be found online cheap you need to give your VIN as there is a fixed pedal and one that's adjustable.
