1989 Ford F-250

When engine is cold oil preasure is at 30 psi after engine warms drops to 2 psi I changed the oil pump with a high volume same probelem when I got into the project I noticed somebody has already pulled the pan before and both heads I justn bought the truck and the engine is real strong what should I do next im running on no budget and I need the truck for work thank u for your time
