When I apply the break while approaching a stop light, the front end appears to bounce or pulsate as if my breaks are worn out. The ford dealership says the break pads are fine. One mechanic suggested there may be a problem with suspension. Nobody has actually driven the truck to experience the problem. What do you think it is?

If you have a pulsation, chances are the brake rotors are warped. When you say it feels like it is bouncing, do you actually see the front of the truck going up and down? Also, do you feel it in the brake pedal.

It definitely doesn't bounce but more of a wobbling of the steering wheel. Yes, I feel it in the peddles also.

Replace the brake rotors and let me know if the problem is gone.
