2005 Ford F-150 Rough idle

Truck idles "rough" when not accelerating. Have recently changed fuel filter, that did not help. Gas mileage seems ok. Check engine light has not come on.

First I would like you to clean your egr valve, it may be stuck open from carbon, next clean out the throttle body and IAC module. Also clean the MAF sensor.

If you have never changed your PCV valve it should be changed now also.
