2002 Ford F-150 Fuses

Both of my cigarette lighters quit working and I replace a fuse. Only one of the lighters started working again. I was wondering if there was another fuse and which one it is.

Wiring diagrams are only showing one fuse for the cigar lighter / DLC circuit. Fuse #3 (20 amp) in the central junction box. If the fuse is good then either the wiring to the cigar socket or the socket itself is faulty.
