2002 Ford F150 Engine Size unknown Four Wheel Drive Automatic 56487 miles

Had a whine sound, only when the wheels were turning, but if I turned to the left the noise stopped. Now my service light has came on and when I'm stopped it shakes and where I go past 45 it shakes. Also when I'm not moving it make kind of a spattering sound. Can't figure out what it could be

The check engine light and shaking sound like a misfire and the PCM has stored a code. Autozone will scan it for free. The noise. Does it with wheels straight? Only turning right? I dont get what you mean
