I am getting no power from solenoid switch to starter. I replaced the solenoid and then replaced starter. I was told that the old starter solenoid was burnt out. When I installed new starter it crank once, and is doing same thing. there is a clicking like the starter is still engaged in flywheel while not firing at all. Im not getting any arc off solenoid at all. Also changed battery, checked fuses, and cant jump the truck off. any suggestions?

Sounds like a possible bad battery cable. Get a meter and check voltage at the starter, if not battery voltage, replace the cable.
