changed pads on both sides . drivers front brake would not disengage. replaced caliper and still have same problem. noticed when depressing caliper, fluid did not appear to return to reservoir and the only way to get caliper fully depressed enough to reinstall had to slightly open bleeder valve to release fluid. is there a valve or something in the system that is not allowing the pressure to be released on the caliper? the abs light is on, also

Check the brake hose could have collasped internally and acting as a one way check valve
