1999 Ford F150 brake calipers not releasing

front brake calipers not releasing
left front just replaced and still the same problem. when brakes are applied and relleased they still hold a bit.
under hard braking a pull to the right is also present

the pull to the right is probably because hte left side is dragging, causing the brakes to heat up and not be as efficent as the cool side.

i would check for a restricted brake line causing tha tproblem, does cracking the bleeder valve loosen up the caliper?
