My front brakes seem to get hung up so to speak. During normal driving, when I apply the brakes, the rear wheels seem to grab first untill I press a little more then the fronts grab. But when I let up, the fronts don't want to release. Even after I drive away from stopping. I've changed the master cylinder and front calipers, still no differance. The funny thing about it is that when its cold outside, like 30 to 50 degree weather, they don't lock up as bad and seem to release better. But when its 60 or above its worse.
I am thinking its some kind of valve actuator that is located under the master cylinder and attached in line with the front brake line, or could it be dirt in my system?

GRABBY BRAKES Oil, grease or brake fluid on the linings will cause them to grab. The cure is to identify and eliminate the source of contamination, then replace the linings. Badly scored drums or rotors can also grab. Resurfacing may be needed.

DRAGGING BRAKES May create a steering pull and/or increased fuel consumption. Caused by weak or broken retracting springs on drum brakes, a jammed or corroded caliper piston, a floating caliper with badly corroded mounting pins or bushings (uneven pad wear between the inner and outer pads is a clue here), overextended drum brake self-adjusters or a sticky or frozen emergency brake cable.
