1997 Ford F-150 rough idle

I get a rough idle on my pickup intermittantly. It does not affect acceleration at all. If I idle long enough it will start idling rough.I have checked the egr valve. Cleaned the maff sensor and also the throttle body. There are no apparent vacuum leaks. Hope you can sign AL.

Al:
I will assume there is no check engine light coming on. Have you checked to make sure there are no intake manifold gaskets leaking? Also, make sure the crank sensor is clean and tight. Finally, when was the vehicle last tuned up and have you check the fuel filter and fuel pump pressure?
