When I open my door and the interior light come on I know I have power windows. When the interior lights click off before I shut the door, I know the power windows won't be working. Some how these are on the same circuit. I can be driving and I can hear a "click" and then the windows will work. The wipers also seem to be tied into this but not all the time. If I don't have wipers, I can turn off the engine and then just turn on the ignition but don't start the engine and the wipers will work. This is driving me nuts as I have replaced relays thinking one might be shorting or hanging up but it hasn't helped.

Havee you tried swapping out the Battery Saver Relay? It amy be that, but it loks like those things also get power via the G.E.M module. Have seen a bunch of those have issues. The C.T.M Central Timer Module also controls those functions

I think it may be the GEM as my window weather stripping wasn't seated in the windshield right. I used a mallet and tapped it down in there and siliconed it. I sure didn't spot any moisture around the GEM but hit it with a hair dryer(blower) and the darn thing seems to be working for now! Will definitely keep those other two you mentioned in mind. Thanks again!

Good find. I should have asked about water leaks, those trucks tend to crack windshields on the drivers side bottom and the water goes right in the GEM
