1997 Ford F-150

Truck runs rough from 0 to about 45mph. I replaced the spark plugs and wires. Still runs about the same. What should I do next replace the fuel filter? Where is the fuel filter on the truck? Any other ideas? Thanks Mike

Is the check engine light on? Have the codes read, Autozone does it free, post the codes here, as far as the fuel filter goes, if it's been a while, never hurts! Air and PCV too.
