1993 Ford F-150 Where to go from here?

I have the Following codes not sure where to go from here as to repair.
code:
23- TP sensore out of self test range
28- loss IDM Right side
33- EGR not opening ( brand new EGR valve)
81- Air Management 2 failure
99- Electronic presure control circut fail (E40D)
I found these codes by using the jumper method and watching the service/ check engine light and the anolog meter methode, both ways where done KOEO and KOER
( Key one engine off)(key on engine run)

I would reset the system and drive it until codes returns
check 1st code come up
and fix as needed
if all returned check wiring and fuses

Thanks for the advice I have tried resetting the codes befor by the book, so I am letting the neg. ( - ) Terminale off for 24 hrs, I is also kinda hard to do a smoth drive after words due to where I live, My truck is rarely ever on pavment. Mostly dirt logging roads.
