I have replaced my heater core 3 times each time it last for about 4 to 5 weeks then it will start leaking again. We have pressure tested cooling system and it is normal. Does anyone know why this keeps happening.

Take a digital voltmeter and with the engine running, attach the black lead to the negative side of the battery and dip the red lead into the top of the radiator, into the coolant. If you see a voltage reading of 1v or more, you have an electrolysis problem and are probably missing an engine ground wire some where.

There aren't really many other options. Just low quality parts or damage during installation. Make sure the engine doesn't have any broken motor mounts that would allow enough movement to pull on the hoses too much.
