Steering wheel wobbles left to right and up and down. Thought the nut holding steering wheel on came loose, but its tight. Not a tilt column. May have put too much weight on wheel when adjusting myself in seat. Over time the wheel got worst and started making a winding noise when turning. How do I tighten up wheel.
