1987 Ford F150 Bleeding brake system

I need to know if there is a certain way to bleed the brakes for this model truck. I have bled them, but the brake pedal still feels spongy.

You bleed the master cylinder then the RR/LR/RF/LF-Did you check the wheel cylinders and calipers if its leaking? No leakage point to the brake master cylinder -internal leakage
