What is the best spark plug for a high mileage motor and a owner with a heavy foot?

Whatever are recommended from the ford garage. Get them in platinum will prevent wear.

Dont buy into the hype of e3 plugs and whatever else is out there. The best plugs are the old sstyle ones. The coil has been enginered to work best with those.

If you change it up you could weaken the spark.
