Ford Explorer 1994 4.0 V6 Auto

Noticed my oil pressure gauge is on the low side. Needle used to sit right in the middle of the "normal" range and is now to the left at about half of what it once was. Had the oil/filte changed with 10/30 and needle doesn't move when car is reved or when driving down the road. Still within the "normal" range though Is this something I should be concerned about?

My brothers 90 Ranger does the same with a 2.9L and my 91 Ranger and my moms 94 Explorer both have a 4.0L init and I thappened to me so I ran a little thicker oil for one change with quart of Rislone and it helped but change it at like 1,500 miles after the Rislone because it gets dirtier faster hope it helps
