2002 Ford Explorer driving noise

While I drive there is wind noise and vibration. Cant make from where it comes. Can it be related to spark plugs and tire allignment? Let me know

I've never seen an alignment or plugs cause this type of noise. Does the noise change with speed or when you make turns? Have you checked the brakes? There are sensors on the front brakes that will make a noise when the brakes are wearing out.
