2000 Ford Explorer front door panel removal

Please help!

I'd like to replace the door latch (which I've already purchased) in the drivers side front door.

The question is: How do you remove the front door panel without breaking or damaging anything. Are there any unusual requirements to removing and installing the new latch?

I believe this door panel you have to pull straight up and it has hooks that hold it on. Just unscrew the screws holding it on then lift up and it should un hook.
