My temperature gage goes up and down or normal to hot and I can smell like radiator fluid burning of something. Can you help with this one? Is it my radiator or the temperature sensor?

If you smell coolant then the gauge is most likely accurate and your vehicle is overheating. Check coolant level and see if radiator fan(s) come on properly. If OK remove and test thermostat.
