1999 Ford Explorer Squeaking

My vechile squeaks when I'm driving when I get out of it. When I turn my wheels all of the time. I just had my to control arms replaced thinking that might have been the problem at least thats what I was told my professional. That didn't make it stop. I'ts so embarrsing. Hope u can help me.

Check out the ball joints first.

To do this jack up each tire by the frame perferably and try to pick up the tire, if the tire goes up then you should suspect faulty ball joints.
