1999 Ford Explorer runs ruff

What would make it run ruff? I have put new spark plugs and wires and coil but still runs ruff.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Manifold absolute pressure sensor

Wouldn't most of those make the check engine light come on? It dose not come on it was on and give the codes 0305, 0306 but that is not there now I put new plugs and wires and new coil. The light dose not come on now but still runs ruff. Thanks

Don't always trust that idiot lite to come On and tell you something

Check those cylinders -compression and injectors

I got the cylinders -compression and injectors test done and they was all good and vacuum test all good.
