1999 Ford Explorer Air bag light

My question is: When I start my vehicle, the airbag light flashes 3 times, then small pause, then flashes 7 times, over and over and eventually stays solid. Can you help me figure this out please?

Hi there,

This is indicating code 37, this will be a SRS fault code stored in the ECU, any work on this system is very dangerous and should be attended to by a suitably qualified tech.
