Diagnostic codes are : p0304 cyl #4 misfire, po7171 sys. Too lean bank1, p0174 sys. Too lean bank2. Tuned car 1000 miles ago with new plugs, plug wires, 02 sensor(upper), fuel and air filters. At this time I erased codes p0171 and po174 but came back on next day but car ran good. Yesterday car developed a misfire and thats when code p0304 showed up. Checked #4 plug for spark and getting fire. Fuel injection problem? Any help appreciated.

Do you have the 4.0? Get a can of gumout spray, start the engine and spray the manifold especiallty at the seams btween the two half, they are known to leak, and need replacement. It also sets the 171 and 174 codes! If the idle changes when you hit certains spots, you have the leak issue.
