Help! Can anyone tell me how to get the radiator out?
I keep being told it should just pull out, but it is attached to the a/c unit. A tech at a Ford service dept just said it comes out as one unit with the a/c. Can you get the radiator out by itself? The info from the library says you can.
I'm his wife trying to help--that's why it sounds like I don't know much about cars!

Take the cowel off cover around fan. Disconnect hoses and trans lines. Then unbolt top bracket holding rad then pull rad up and out.

The radiator is attached to the a/c radiator and they cannot be separated. Is the only way to get the radiator out is to cut or saw the clips? What's the best way to do this?
Thanks.
