Electrical problem
1995 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive Automatic 240000 miles

My left turning lever makes a "interferance" type of noise when I use it, and the ligts won't work unless I retry, I can usually get it to work, but I think the assembly is probably worn out. Is this something I can repair? or is it a big ticket shop item? Thanks

Hello and thanks for donating To replace the multi function (turn signal) switch it only takes about 30 minutes to an hour. It is not a big repair, if you have some basic mechanic tools and experience you shouldn't have a problem. I have provided the proper replacement steps below..
