MY EXPEDITION JUST STARTED TO JUMP A LITTLE WHEN IDLING AT AT RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN. THINKING I GOT SOME BAD GAS AT WALMART. WILL A DIRTY FUEL FILTER MAKE IT DO THAT BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE SUGGESTED IT IT PROBABLY A BAD SPARK PLUG OR WIRE

Check for codes.
Misfire codes may help to narrow down if this is on any particular cylinders.
IF a fuel fiilter is that bad, expect to replace the fuel pump as well. Check fuel pressure.
