I have a missfire cylinder 4 what could be the problem? Can it be the coil pack or sparkplug or something else?

HI
Could be coli, plug or injector also vacuum leak, crank and cam sensor. Pull coli off attach a plug groung see if it sparks. Is miss noticable at idle?
