Radiator fan

I have a 1992 ford escort gt, and whenever I start the engine the radiator fan always runs. I have replaced the fan sensor on the thermostat housing, and the fan still runs. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To expand on Indyuke's question, if the car has A/C and it is on, no matter what the engine fan will run as well. Make sure the a/c is off and see what happens. If that doesn't fix it sometimes there is yet another temp sensor that can activate the fan.
