Well first of all my car sits hard when i'm at a light, and just recently my check engine soon light came on and I got a lean code? But what my car does is when I come to a complete stop like at a light or stop sign my car will just die, it doesn't do it all the time but a few times a day, we recently replaced the spark plugs and the fuel filter but it didn't help much, what should I do? What could the problem be?

Not for certain but you may want to check the throttle position sensor, get your fuel pressure checked. If the pressure is low, check for blockages, faulty fuel pump, faulty fuel pressure regulator. You may want to runs some fuel injector cleaner as well. Good luck
