1999 Ford Escort Timing belt

I pray that you can help. My husband is pretty good mechanicly but he is at wits end regarding where the bolt is on my daughters Escort with a Zetek engine. He is replacing the timeing belt and the serpentine belt. He has the tool to lock the cam but doesn't know where the bolt is that he is suppose to remove so that he can insert the tool to lock the cam. Can you help? Thanks Karen
