The fan comes on when the car is off. It shuts off when I start the car. I have put a new fan but it still does the same. Can you tell me how to solve this problem.

Did the car have the fan fault from when you got the car ? if so I'd confirm at your local if the fan relay has been replaced with the incorrect type.
